We have requested an update from the data centre technician that is working on the server. More details will be posted here once that is available.

The data centre technician has confirmed that they have replaced the motherboard & corrected issues with the cooling system. They are now carrying out tests on the server to make sure it's working properly following their actions. If the server passes testing, the intervention should end shortly & our sysadmin team will get the server back online.

We are awaiting the testing results. If the server passes testing, the intervention will end shortly & our sysadmin team will get the server back online. Extended hardware outages are difficult, we are doing our best to pass along all details as they become available to our team.

The testing process is now complete, the server has passed testing. Our sysadmin is now taking over & will get the server back online as quickly as possible.

Resolved
The server remains stable, UP & serving sites since 5:39:35 PM ET. We will continue to monitor, but will mark this as resolved for now. Many thanks to the OVH data centre who basically rebuilt a server in less than 1 hour & of course, Daniel our sysadmin lead who guided the entire process. We would also like to thank many of our clients who passed along kind words during this stressful event.
